1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Team Reports mobile application and web portal ("Services"), developed and owned by Khine Nyein Aung ("Developer", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Team Reports provides field service reporting, digital signature collection, preventive maintenance scheduling, and work order management tools for enterprise operations and field engineering teams.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Team Reports or attempt to:

• Access or tamper with non-public areas of the application or database.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the source code or design system.
• Upload fraudulent signatures, illegal content, or malicious code.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Team Reports application, including graphics, code, interface designs, trademarks, and logic systems, remain the exclusive property of Khine Nyein Aung.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Khine Nyein Aung shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
